Do you want to start training or do you already have experience? 

There are many thing people should take in consideration when starting an powerlifting program or training in general, for example you might think you have to train everyday to get strong but that's not true. At the start of the training journey it is best to start slow with even only 3days a week epending what you want to get strong at is the main thing to consider, whether it's powerlifting or weightlifting. I mainly know and focus on powerlifting. I learned most of what I know from my dad who used to be a powerlifter and has made my programs and thought me everything there is to know.

Powerlifting program 

My powerlifting program will help you get stronger and gain muscle at the same time. It will help you stay consistent and make you stronger overtime. Nothing happens straight away, so you need to stay consistent and keep getting stronger.

A Gym 

You should be able to access gym to make sure you can get the most results out of this program. This program consist of three main lifts: Squat, bench press and deadlift. It also as different accessories to also build muscle while focusing on getting stronger at the main lifts.

The Right Diet

To gain muscle you have to make sure you are on a calorie surplus. To lose weight you would want to be on a calorie deficit or even maintenance calories and add little bit more cardio. It's good to track your calories, which are the energy you get from food. Macros are also important, macros are protein, carbohydrates and fats. 

The Right Equipment

For this program you only basically need a bar, squat rack  and weight, but the more equipment you have the better. Basically you can do every exercise with these. Having other this such as dumbbells and leg machines and others are also important and in this program you get to use all of those.
