About me
I started training 5 years ago. Ever since I was young I had always wanted to go to the gym, because my dad used to be an powerlifter when he was younger. When my family and I moved to Scotland I was looking for a hobby. I liked scooting at the time, but I had an accident this one time and I fell on my face pretty badly. Not long after I was alone in a train and I got bullied by 4 guys around my age in the train. I luckily got out of the train and ran home, them chasing me. I felt like that was a wake up call that I need to change something. I decided i want to change, I was this skinny not very strong guy. Not long after I found gym and I fell in love with training. It wasn't like any other sport that I had done before I felt like it was rewarding physically and mentally. I was lucky enough to have my dad teach me the techniques for the exercises and make a programs for me, which helped me a lot. I hope to help others who are in a same position as I was, but might not be lucky enough to have someone around them to help them get started. This is why I created this program to help others with their journey.
